Erwin the Mustard Man took mustard seed and fresh dill tops and added them to his family recipe to create our amazing Mustard Dill Dip. This sweet mustard dip pairs perfectly with all cheeses… but it is particularly good with Marieke® Gouda – Some of our favorites are Plain Gouda, Burning Mélange, Mustard Mélange, or Golden.

All Marieke® Gouda is made using fresh raw milk from their family farm. Each wheel is carefully handcrafted with the finest Old World techniques and they age the Gouda to perfection on Dutch Pine planks for a minimum of 60 days.
