Description
Authentic Cooking Experiences in Molise & Abruzzo
Immerse yourself in the rich culinary traditions of Molise and Abruzzo with our hands-on cooking courses. Learn to make fresh pasta, traditional Central Italian dishes, and even pizza—all recipes you can easily recreate at home. Our classes highlight regional specialties like Pallotte Cacio e Uova, Cantucci Biscuits, Wine Biscotti, and Chocolate Wine Cake, perfectly paired with the area’s renowned wines.
Since Molise produces 60% of Italy’s truffles, we’ve included delicious truffle-based recipes in our courses. In addition to cooking, we personalize each experience to match your interests—whether it’s exploring your family’s ancestral towns or discovering hidden culinary gems.
