Our Farmhouse Cheddar is a classic, made in the traditional English style. It is natural in color and has a delicate mild buttery flavor. Subtle hints of fruit can be tasted in every bite while its finish is smooth and creamy. This semi-hard cheese is made from pasteurized cow’s milk and handcrafted into 40-pound blocks.

Fiscalini Farmstead started as a dairy farm over 100 years ago, established in 1914. Today the fourth generation owns and operates the business, and continues a way of life that respects, preserves and honors the animals, the land, and resources. All of their cheese is made with milk that comes only from their cows on their dairy, which is located just 30 feet from their cheese plant. They are committed to making the best-tasting, all-natural, sustainable, handcrafted cheeses in the world.
