Elevation Meats specializes in producing high-quality charcuterie with unique and delicious flavors. The company was founded by Chad Nelan in 2013 while he was working as a butcher. He started developing recipes and testing them in his basement, where he fell in love with the art of charcuterie. He taught himself about fermentation and classic techniques and developed unique flavors that were different from, but still honored, European traditions.
