Our seasonal Cranberry Habanero Cheddar is made by adding all-natural cranberries and habanero peppers to our Farmhouse Cheddar. It is easy to enjoy and has a subtle heated aftertaste. Our creamy white cheddar features a lovely cranberry color and is speckled by orange and red habanero peppers, creating both a visual and taste experience not to be forgotten. This semi-hard cheese is made from pasteurized cow’s milk and handcrafted into 40-pound blocks.

Fiscalini Farmstead started as a dairy farm over 100 years ago, established in 1914. Today the fourth generation owns and operates the business, and continues a way of life that respects, preserves and honors the animals, the land, and resources. All of their cheese is made with milk that comes only from their cows on their dairy, which is located just 30 feet from their cheese plant. They are committed to making the best-tasting, all-natural, sustainable, handcrafted cheeses in the world.
